Appointments are strongly recommended so we can dedicate the right tech and time to your bike. That said, we do accommodate drop-ins for minor items like tire pressure, quick inspections, or parts pickup. Call ahead if you’re unsure.

For warranty work, we’re required to use OEM Ducati parts. For non-warranty jobs, we can discuss customer-supplied parts on a case-by-case basis, though labor warranty applies only to parts we supply and install.

No. As an authorized Ducati dealer, all service performed at our shop maintains your factory warranty. We use OEM parts and factory-approved fluids and follow Ducati’s required procedures.

Absolutely. We service all Ducati models from the last 20+ years. Our team has experience with everything from the 916/996/998 era through current models. Parts availability varies, but we’ll be upfront about lead times.

Check your owner’s manual for the specific interval on your model — it’s typically every 15,000–18,000 miles or every 2–3 years, whichever comes first. If you’re unsure, bring it in and we’ll do a free assessment of where you stand.
